The Guizhou province meets Italy

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening of China, the People's Government of the Province of Guizhou of China and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Italy organize "Guizhou meets the world - Italy", event of cultural and tourist promotion of the Province Chinese.

The presentation will be held on Monday 23 April, starting at 16.00, at Spazio NoveCento, Piazza Guglielmo Marconi, 26B in Rome. The event is sponsored by the Italy-China Foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities and Tourism, the Italy-China Cultural Forum.

The event will open at 4 pm with the registration of guests, the opening of the photo exhibition "40th Anniversary of China's Reform and Opening from Guizhou" and tasting of Maotai wine and Tea Ceremony.

At 5 pm, welcome greetings from Ambassador Li Ruiyu and from the Governor of Guizhou, Shen Yi Qin, are scheduled.

The following interventions will follow:

Dorina Bianchi, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism
Marina Sereni, formerly Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies
Fabio Paparelli, Vice President of the Umbria Region
Lorenza Bonaccorsi, Councilor for Tourism and Equal Opportunities of the Lazio Region
Francesco Palumbo, Director General of the MiBACT Tourism Department
Giuseppe Cassarà, Vice President of Federturism

Immediately after a presentation of the cultural and tourist riches of the Guizhou Province and traditional dances.

Starting at 6 pm, there will be meetings between Italian and Chinese tour operators, which will be followed by a light dinner.
