Italy China Career Day


Since 2011, the Italy China Foundation, in collaboration with Associna and Assolombarda, organizes the Italy China Career Day, the first job fair dedicated entirely to the meeting between Italian companies seeking staff and Chinese and Italian resources. More and more companies - Italian and Chinese based in Italy - seeking of Chinese candidates curricula born in our country and for many years resident in Italy. Today, companies that already operate with China and who are motivated to take the opportunities arising from the entry in this market, they have realized the importance of supporting highly qualified Chinese staff to its team. Specific language and cultural skills and knowledge of different trading models are the tools that allow businesses to develop more profitably their business in China.
The event consists of two distinct phases. During the morning's work the focus is placed on high-profile education. Teachers and trainers from the most prestigious European universities and business schools address the main issues of intercultural recruiting through training sessions and workshops aimed at strengthening the dynamics of HRM. The training is addressed through two separate sessions, the young Chinese and Italian candidates and the HR managers of the participating companies. The commitment to training aims to provide first good practice in looking out to work in an international context, while companies will have the opportunity to develop viable inter-relational strategies with your partner or Chinese employees.
