According to the provisions of the decree of 26 March of the Chinese National Immigration Department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is possible to apply for a visa for urgent economic-commercial and technical-scientific needs, as well as for humanitarian reasons.
Those who, for the reasons listed above, need to apply for a visa, must first send an email to milancentre@visaforchina.org to illustrate their situation and provide the related supporting documentation. After checking the documents sent, in case of approval of the request, a new email will be sent to fix the appointment for delivery.
Applicants who go to China for urgent economic-commercial and technical-scientific needs must submit a letter of invitation issued by the Provincial Government Office for Foreign Affairs. Without this type of letter at this time it is temporarily not possible to apply for a visa.

Boarding notice with negative nucleic acid test for Covid-19

According to the provisions of the Chinese government, in order to ensure health safety during the journey, foreign passengers who will fly to China are obliged to carry out the nucleic acid test before departure and to validate at the Embassy or the Chinese consulate the declaration of health based on the certificate of negativity.

The procedure to follow is as follows:

1. Request the certificate of health status at the time of submitting the visa application at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center;
2. Depending on the consular territory of the clinic where the test was performed, please complete the health certificate and send it by email, together with the nucleic acid test report and the first page of the passport (the one with the photos and personal information) to the Embassy or Consulate of reference at the following addresses, writing as the subject of the email "Health declaration + surname and name + departure date" to declarazionesanita@gmail.com for the consular territory of Milan (Lombardy, Veneto , Piedmont, Emilia Romagna); florencecenter@visaforchina.org for the consular territory of Florence (Tuscany, Liguria, Umbria, Marche); romacentre@visaforchina.org for the consular territory of Rome (all other regions).
3. The Chinese Consulate in Milan will send the authenticated health certificate to the applicant as soon as possible by email. Please print it and bring it with you for boarding.


Caution:
1. It is no longer necessary to present the result of the nucleic acid test at the time of the visa application, but the applicant is required to carry out the test before leaving for China. The test report must have been issued within 3 days of the departure date and must be endorsed by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
2. The airline will check the above documents. Passengers with non-compliant documents will not be able to board.
Everyone, except those who already have a valid Chinese residence permit, must have the PU invitation letter to apply for a visa, while those who have a residence permit can write an email to the visa center to explain the reason and book an appointment. .
