Position: IT Intern (Possible to become formal staff)
Job Brief: We are looking for an IT Intern to assist in multiple IT operations and implementation of the company in accordance with the laws and regulations. Through managing and maintaining computer room, IT device and software, information security policy, third party panel and outsourcing management to provide a steady, convenient, safe production and office computer environment for the whole company as well as technical supports for information system problems troubling the staff in business operation by developing program.
Main duties:
1. Assist in the analysis of Bank’s IT infrastructure improvement, participate in the Bank's network, server, power supply management and ensure the steady running of the computer room
2. Assist in the improvement and troubleshoot of Bank’s core system, provide a steady system environment to business departments and keep the security of the system users
3. Assist in the IT management of the Bank in the scope of business continuity, risk control, hardware, software, third party panel and outsourcing
4. Assist in the collection and review of the IT management and information security policy, procedure and standards in accordance with the local legal, regulatory general conditions and industry standard in IT domain
5. Assist in the Bank’s digital transformation, regulatory reporting and operational process automation
6. Assist in the Bank’s data governance and data protection with respect to GDPR
7. Assist in the IT daily operation and implementation within the Bank
8. Participate the projects related to department when required
9. Other work assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in IT management, communication engineering, automation software development or equivalent area
2. Experiences as an IT maintenance/support /software developing Officer/information security (banking section) preferred
3. Technical knowledge of Network, Windows server, Database, Java etc. (Database experience such as Oracle, ability to independently develop IT automation program preferred)
4. Good knowledge of MS office, excellent data processing/analysis skill preferred
5. Good social and communication skills, team player, capacity for analysis and problem solving
6. Strong desire to learn new technologies
7. Pragmatic and able to work autonomously
8. Willingness to undertake specialized, fast-paced and high demand IT work
9. Fluent written and verbal Italian, English and Chinese proficiency
