Genertec Italia srl advisor for Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co., Ltd' acquisition of Filmcutter Spa's PV division.

On March 12, 2015, Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co., Ltd, Chinese private listed manufacturer of backsheet, officially acquired 100% of Filmcutter Advanced Material Spa, PV division of Filmcutter SpA. The strategic value of the operation lies in the future development model: leveraging on the high positioning of Filmcutter brand in PET based backsheet sector, Jolywood can become a worldwide leader in this sector. The advisory activity from Genertec Italia assured the closing in 4 months, a big achievement in cross-border investment activities, in which the role of the advisor is crucial to facilitate the acceptance of different cultural and business behaviors. Genertec Italia is the Italian branch of China General Technology Group, multinational Chinese State Owned Enterprise.
