The Internationalization and Foreign Trade Area of Assolombarda, in collaboration with the Italy China Foundation and China Desk of the Nctm Law Firm, organizes the webinar "China in post Covid: the economic situation and the legal instruments to seize new opportunities" June 9 from 10.30 to 11.30.
The initiative aims to be a first opportunity to reflect on the economic situation in the country and the signs of recovery, on the measures envisaged by the Chinese government to support businesses and investments during the pandemic, new opportunities.

During the webinar, together with the speakers Filippo Fasulo of the Italy China Foundation, Laura Formichella, Hermes Pazzaglini, Carlo Geremia of the Nctm law firm, we will address current interest issues with the attention of:
- present a picture on the current situation in China to understand what the measures have been that have registered the recovery and what are the openings of this market
Provide useful information to structure coherent internationalization strategies on the Chinese market
- know the measures of the central and local Chinese government to encourage the resumption of foreign investment following the COVID-19 epidemic (e.g. commercial contracts, labor law)
- Remember the news in force from 1 January 2020: Foreign Investment Law, Implementing Regulation and Interpretations of the Supreme People's Court
