浙江菜系“中国菜的传统美食”,由意中基金会和BON WEI组织,CLASS EDITORI媒体合作伙伴:8场文化气息的晚宴,每个晚餐对应于都8个中国传统美食地区,由BON WEI主厨 ZHANG GUOQING先生细心筛选,Francesco Boggio Ferraris语言教学和中国文化教授,并由 Silvio Ferragina,经验丰富的书法大师操刀设计叙述的厨师选择传统的菜单。此次美食之旅,历时两年,成功地引起公众的好奇和热情。
