30/11/2021
The 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China will take place in autumn 2022 and will have to confirm Xi Jinping as Secretary General for a third term, making him the longest-serving leader since the days of Deng Xiaoping and with a status second only to that of Mao Zedong. How will relations with the United States, Europe and Italy change also in light of the recent openings to dialogue on environmental issues and the resumption of negotiations on trade relations? What impact will the policies implemented by the Chinese government have on Italian companies to get out of the pandemic? How will consumption evolve and what are the specific challenges and opportunities for Made in Italy?
The event will be held in hybrid mode at the Assolombarda Auditorium (via Pantano 9, Milan) and will be streamed on the Facebook page, YouTube channel and ISPI website.
